Showa Hostfamilies Everyone at the Kyoto-Inn

Last day in Japan

By Tony Fulkerson

The host families were one of the best experiences, but I constantly felt indebted and was therefore a bit uncomfortable all the time. But the families were wonderful and I consider myself lucky to have the experience.

I loved Japan, though I wish I could stay longer and see a few more things. I loved my host families, I felt just like a member of them all. This has been a super, great, exciting, interesting, fun, amazing, and quality experience and time. Yea for going.

I'm really glad I was a part of this experience. Thanks sensei for putting this together for us. I know everyone appreciates what you did, and we all have an idea of how much time and effort this trip was. I was nervous to stay with the host families, but it was great. It would not have been the same without them. All in all it was an incredible trip. :)

I really enjoyed this trip to Japan. For the whole week before, I was nervously excited, anticipating the trip. As we neared Japan on the plane, I was worried about staying with the host families, but I realized later that they were just wonderful, and there was nothing to be nervous about. All in all, the trip was great, and I thank sensei for working so hard to make this trip what it became. Bye

This trip was mighty fine. I truly enjoyed everything about it. I loved all the host families and all the ethnic experiences I loved. The food was great, the land was beautiful, and everyone was incredibly nice. I'm coming back as soon as I can. Thanks sensei thanks everyone.

The trip was so much fun, I had a great time. thank you so much sensei for letting me come. I still can't believe that the trip didn't cost more than it did. I didn't think that I would enjoy staying with the host families, but I did. Although I wish I knew more Japanese. but I will learn more and come again.

I learned a lot and feel enlightened. I plan on selling a kidney on ebay so I can come back. 2 weeks was not enough time.
