| This is our flight. | Yes!We are going to Japan! |
By everyone:
We are on the plane now, waiting to push away from the gate. Everyone made it so far! All our seats are right next to each other in 4 rows so it's easy to talk. Here's what we are thinking right now:
Jay-well, mike and I are trying to translate a Japanese sky mall magazine on the plane- it's not going so hot, but its fun to try.
Mike-Oh god, I don't speak Japanese.
Anna-I speak less Japanese than he does! I'm nervous!
Sarah-I am very scared. the plane is moving. aah. expletive.
Bryan-This is a weird sensation. I've never flown before, and I'm going to a country I can't speak in.
Drew here... we're about to take off.. Scarily! Bryan and Sarah are next to me and they're very scared as well.. oh well, Japan, here we come!
Larry here! Currently sitting next to Emily and Kevin. Kind of scared of leaving the US and being in a foreign country! I hope my host families are nice, but we will see. See you all in 16 days! Hi mom and dad!
hey mom and dad...Kevin here. we just took off and its a little shaky, never mind its really shaky. I think this is going to be an awesome trip. I can't believe I’m going to Japan. anyways I’ll call you guys when I can.
Emily here...I’m stuck in between Kevin and Larry about to take off. I can't believe the next time I step on land I'll be in Japan!!! Ill miss you both but I'll call as soon as I get a calling card. We're taking off! Gotta go!
